Sales Incentive Coordinator - Pointe-Claire, Qc (Temporary part-time, 12-month contract)

Temporary, part-time position (12-month contract, approximately 20 hours per week – 3 days)·.

The Sales Incentive Coordinator provides ongoing support to the Incentive team, in the Sales Support group, by executing tasks that are compliant with business processes and standards while responding to various types of needs.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan product offers in IMIS (internal data and product planning system)
  • Work with data and lists in MS Excel: including filtering, sort, v-lookup, pivot tables, crosscheck with other lists, etc.
  • Review and proofread documents with copy and creative elements.
  • Communicate cross-functionally to team members/ members of several other departments as well as Field Associates.
  • Prepare emails and documents for Representative or Leader recognition.
  • Support Incentive team, and other teams within Sales Support group as requested, in
    the timely roll-out of incentive assets, planning, furnishing of lists, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • College diploma in Commerce, or a combination of relevant work experience and education.
  • Preferable to have two (2) years of experience in Sales or in a related area.
  • Proficiency in English and French (oral, written).
  • Strong organization, follow-up and record keeping skills.
  • Strong intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.).
  • Detail oriented. Able to notice errors and inconsistencies and address them.
  • Professional etiquette for corporate communications.
  • Willing and able to learn new systems with ease.
  • Ability to work autonomously, multitask, exercise sound judgment and be self-motivated.
