You may have noticed lately that we have had to substitute some products for others, and update or delay Brochure and What’s New offers due to inventory issues.
Since the onset of the coronavirus, the world (and Avon) has had to adapt to a new way of doing things, particularly when dealing with supply issues and delays. A global pandemic of this nature has a ripple affect across all areas of our business from product and raw materials sourcing to supply chain, manufacturing, production and transportation. This impacts all vendors, retailers and direct sellers in various ways and not only Avon.
At Avon, Customer and Representative satisfaction remains our top priority. You can rest assured that when a product is unavailable or an offer cannot be honoured, we will continue to make every effort to replace the product with a similar item of equal or greater value or create a new offer that’s equally exciting at a later date, in order to minimize your disappointment and that of your Customers.
We will continue to update you on supply issues as they occur. Meanwhile, we wanted to take a moment to thank you and your Customers for your patience and understanding. It is sincerely appreciated.

With each purchase from the C14-15 Fragrance Collections from Avon flyer, Customers were to receive a free Haiku Sacred Intense Luxury Body Crème try-it size as a special gift. Unfortunately, due to a supply issue with this product, we will be offering a replacement gift—a 15ml Isa Knox Anew LX Ultimate Rejuvenating Day Cream ( $21 value). There is a Product Availability Update list which you can reference each campaign to check the status of products that are experiencing supply issues. You can find the list in the Info. Centre, Campaign Support, Product Info., Product Availability Update. The list is updated regularly.
What are Avon Academy Communities?
Communities are groups that you are a part of within Avon Academy. When you scroll down to the bottom of the Avon Academy homepage, you’ll see all of the communities that you are a part of. Without exception, you’ll be a part of the Avon Academy Community, which includes all Representatives across Canada that have joined this exciting platform!
As another example, some Representatives will notice they may also be a part of the Leadership or President’s Club communities. When you click on a specific community, you’ll be able to view all of the Representatives who are a part of that community. You can message individuals directly from here as well by clicking on the envelope icon next to their name when you ‘view more’ participants. You’ll be automatically added to specific communities as they become relevant to you (so, for example, once you recruit your first team member, you will be added to Avon Academy’s Leadership Community the next day!)
If you are a Leader, you will also see My Team communities that include your team members (3 generations down); this is a great opportunity for you to stay connected with your team members and cheer them on as they climb the Avon Academy Leaderboard!

There are so many great live training modules available to you in the Avon Events Calendar, that we’ve decided to make it super easy (and fun) for you to learn.
We’ve created Learning Checklists for each training series so you can decide which series you want to complete and check off your progress as you go. Whether you are a new Representative starting out, an established Representative who is determined to grow her business, or a Leader who would like to direct her team to the training series that is best suited for them, there's a training series for Representatives at every level.
Each series is explained on the Learning Checklist and the subject column gives you an overview of what you will learn.There’s no need to take each series in order, You can choose to take part in the series of your choice, whenever you want. When you complete a series, check it off your list and track your training and development as you grow your Avon business.
Your Field team, both Business Development Managers (BDM) and Field Sales Trainers (FST) host many virtual, live and interactive events listed on the Avon Events Calendar. Our Field Sales Trainers provide Skills and Product training for all Representatives and Leaders in group settings. Your Business Development Manager is responsible for providing Sales and Mentorship Skills Development.
