Further clarification on First Nations Tax Credit Forms
The First Nations Tax Credit Form for Representatives has been updated.
Please note that you do not need to send in a Certificate of Indian Status on behalf of any of your Customers. You only need to send in the Certificate if you yourself are a member of the First Nations community.
Also note that we’ve added a Customer version of the Tax Credit Form that you may wish to share with your Customers if they place DTC (Direct-to-Customer) orders. DTC Shoppers are responsible for completing and submitting their own forms.
