Recognition Upgrade notice!
As part of our Annual Recognition Program, you will note that Gold and above & Advanced Unit Leader and above will now be recognized on the official Avon Canada Facebook page on their Birthdays as well as on milestone Avoniversaries starting at 10 years and every 5 years after that (but not the in-between years).

Last week we wrapped up our 3-part Social Media Training series featuring industry expert Desiree Marchetti of Bond&Brand, and we were blown away by how much valuable info she shared!

As you know, our amazing Avon Customer Care Team is dedicated to providing you with the best Customer service in the industry. To help them stay on top of their game and enhance the service they provide to you and your Customers, the ACC phone lines and chat button will be closed for 1 hour on Thursday, May 11, 2023, between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm as the team gathers for a brief training session. We’ll be happy to take your calls after the training session is complete.
Accessing the Product Information sheet
As you may know, the recently launched Product Information Sheet, combines the Product Availability Update, Sold out Product, Product Number Corrections, and Alternative Product Lists in one Excel document.
If you do not have Excel on your computer. You can download the free version to view the list by following these steps:
Go to Microsoft365.com
Click Sign up for the free version of Office under the “Sign in” button.
Log in to your Microsoft account or create one for free…
Select the app you want to use.
If you have an iPhone, you can open the Product Information Sheet by following these steps:
To open a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file in Pages, Numbers, or Keynote on an iPhone or iPad, simply tap the file in the document manager. If you don’t see the document manager, tap the Back button, then tap the file that you want to open. If a file is dimmed, it’s not in a compatible format.
You can also open a file in Pages, Numbers, or Keynote from a different app, like the Files app, or from an email:
Open the other app, then select the document or attachment.
Tap the Share button.
Tap Copy to Pages. The original file remains intact.
When the file opens, you might get a message that the document will look different. For example, Pages notifies you when fonts are missing. Tap Done to open the document in Pages.
