Summer hours in Avon Customer Care

With everyone’s favourite season about to begin, our hard-working Customer Care Team is getting ready to enjoy some well-deserved family time this summer.

To ensure smooth operations over the vacation period, we’re introducing Summer Hours in our Avon Customer Care Centre.

Summer Hours will be in effect from Monday, June 12, to Friday, September 1. During this time, the chat, phone, and email channels will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday—offering you 3 convenient ways to find answers to your most pressing questions.

Please also note that, exceptionally, the Call Center will close at 6:00 PM ET on Friday, June 9.

If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to reach out. We remain committed to supporting you in making your summer selling season a success!

Reminder, Avon Canada will be closed on June 23 and June 30

Please note that Avon Canada, and many delivery companies across the province of Quebec, will be closed on Friday, June 23 for St. Jean Baptiste Day as well as Friday, June 30 for Canada Day.

Remember to double-check your campaign calendar for any impact the holiday may have on your Delivery and/or Submit by Dates—your order may arrive one or two days later or earlier than expected.

Moving this summer?

If you’re planning a move any time soon, be sure to change your Billing and Shipping address on your Avon account profile as soon as possible.

To ensure your packages arrive at your new address, go to avon.ca > My Avon > Profile and change your Home Address and Preferred Delivery Address before starting your order. It’s important that the address change is made before starting your order, or the order will be shipped to your old address.

Deadline for the 2023 DSEF Scholarship Program is fast approaching 

The 2023 Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF) Scholarship Program is open for applications until June 19, 2023.

The program awards a total of $16,000 to eligible Canadian post-secondary students with ties to the direct selling industry, to help them advance their post-secondary education.

As an Independent Sales Representative with Avon Canada, you can participate in this program.

If you, your child or your grandchild is about to start studying or is already enrolled in a full-time Canadian post-secondary university or college program, you could be eligible to apply for a chance to win one of four $4,000 scholarships.
