Find it featured in the “What’s New in Campaign 13”Module that’s now available, or in the Resource Library under Product Training, Product Guides & Fast Facts in the Skin Care folder.
You will also find an update when it comes to embedded documents in the What’s New Campaign Modules on Avon Academythat will save you time; you now have the option to “Download” directly from the module or to “Open in the Resource Library”... the choice is yours.

New “Promotions” tab on avon.ca
In order to give more attention to the e-flyers and other online exclusives you don’t want your Customers to miss, we’ve added a new “Promotions” tab to the main navigation menu on avon.ca.
The new tab will replace the “Events” tab and will link to the offers page, which highlights all the hottest deals for the current campaign.
To make it easy for you to navigate to the Avon Events Calendar, we’ve added a special Events banner to the “Products” homepage, so you’ll still be able to see all the latest training sessions offered by our Field Sales Team.
The mobile experience of the site will remain as-is.
Change in the Delivery Schedule
Please note that as of Day 1 of C14, 2023, there will be a change to the order delivery schedule. It is important to note that these changes may also impact your Submission Cut-off Date by a day or two. Please make sure to consult your online Delivery Calendar to see your new Submission Cut-off Date as well as your new Delivery Date.
Reminder, Summer hours in Avon Customer Care
With everyone’s favourite season about to begin, our hard-working Customer Care Team is getting ready to enjoy some well-deserved family time this summer.
To ensure smooth operations over the vacation period, we’re introducing Summer Hours in our Avon Customer Care Centre.
Summer Hours will be in effect from Monday, June 12, to Friday, September 1. During this time, the chat, phone, and email channels will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday—offering you 3 convenient ways to find answers to your most pressing questions.

Reminder, Avon Canada will be closed on June 23 and June 30
Please note that Avon Canada, and many delivery companies across the province of Quebec, will be closed on Friday, June 23 for St. Jean Baptiste Day as well as Friday, June 30 for Canada Day.
Remember to double-check your campaign calendar for any impact the holiday may have on your Delivery and/or Submit by Dates—your order may arrive one or two days later or earlier than expected.
