Our New Representative Onboarding Process launches today!

The New Representative Onboarding Initiative (NRO) is something our Field Team has been working on for the last few years—and it’s finally here!

The goal was to create self-directed training and development resources to support New Representatives in kickstarting their Avon business in a way that resonates for them. 

A new series of videos will support New Representatives with a customized approach on how to get started with their Avon business, plan their first steps, source their first customers, and build a business that thrives on authentic conversations. These videos also support New Representatives with tips on goal setting, leveraging eStore sales, having effective, meaningful customer conversations, creating value-based customer experiences, and so much more!  

New Representatives who invest their time in the series will gather skills to help them acquire more customers, learn how to drive a higher average order, build more sales, and find purpose with their business journey. It can support them in achieving their first milestone of the Gold tier sooner and help them feel more confident in building their Avon business.

Upcoming holiday may impact delivery

Please note that while Avon Canada will remain open, many delivery companies across the country will be closed on Monday, August 7 for the Civic Holiday.  

Remember to double-check your campaign calendar for any impact the holiday may have on your Delivery and/or Submit by Dates—your order may arrive one or two days later or earlier than expected.
