Did you know?
If the Avon site isn’t behaving as it should, we suggest either trying another browser (keep in mind that Google Chrome and Edge work best with our site, and Puffin is recommended if using an Apple device) or clearing your history/cache.
As an example, here is how you may clear your browsing history when using Chrome:
Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar, the “3-dot” icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. (The button replaces the “wrench” icon in older versions.)
Select “History”
Select “Clear browsing data” (Or use the Keyboard Shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Delete, which will bring you to the same area)
In the dialog that appears, from the dropdown next to “Time range,” select “All time.”
Put a check in the boxes in front of the following things you'll want to clear:
Browsing history
Download history
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Click Clear data at the bottom of the box.
Close your browser completely and relaunch.
Visit Avon.ca, login, and try again.
