How to use the Q2 Recruiting assets

Calling all Leaders! Build your Team and set yourselves up for success this quarter with the help of the Q2 Recruiting assets.

You’ll find them in the Avon Academy Resource Library under Leadership in the Printable Recruitment Assets and Social Media Recruitment Assets folders > Current.

In the Current folder, you’ll see the most recent selection of Recruiting materials to support you in growing your Team and your business.

Printable Recruitment Assets

To use the printable recruiting assets, click on the image that you are interested in. This will give you an expanded view where you can preview or download the asset.

Whether you’re on mobile or desktop, you simply click the “Download” button in the top right corner of the screen to save the image to your computer or device.

The Recruiting Posters are easy to print at home, simply save them to your computer and then print them out using your home office printer. Be sure to use full colour and high quality paper for best results.

For the Recruiting Cards, because they are meant to be a post-card size that is printed back-to-back, we recommend sending them to a local print shop for printing. Your local printer will know just how to set them up so both sides of the card align, and can trim them to size for beautiful results.

Sharing Social Media Recruitment Assets

Whether you want to download Social Media Assets or share them directly from the Avon Academy platform, the choice is yours!

Downloading assets allows you to save the images/videos on your desktop or mobile device and use them as you wish. This means when posting on Social Media or sharing through email and text, it is also your choice (and recommended) to include your unique eStore link found in your Profile of your Avon account.

Sharing the public link or asset directly from the platform to your social media, email, or text, automatically personalizes it with your unique eStore link. This can help connect Prospects straight to your eStore when they click your shared images and videos.

You can focus on sharing one or two images that resonate with you and your audience, or share them all! It’s up to you.
